Intend Use : The Sample Collection Kit is designed for collection, transportation and short-time storage of clinical specimen total DNA/RNA of
saliva, blood, serum, stool and body fluid, etc. The preservative will lyse the organism and inactivate the cells, bacteria and
virus. The stored samples can be used in subsequent clinical experiments such as DNA/RNA extraction, PCR testing or sequencing.
Product composition:
1. Sample collection tube, 1pc: Size of Φ16×100mm, capacity of 10ml. Tube body and cap are made by Polypropylene, No deformation after HTHP(121˚C, 15min), no embrittlement under low temperature (-196˚C). it can bear static extrusion and dynamic impact. How to use
Step 1: Hold the handle and gently insert the sampling swab into the sampling site.
Step 2: Gently rotate the sampling swab 3-5 times, and then slowly take it out.
Step 3: Put the extracted sample into the sample collection tube, and then seal it to complete the sampling. After the C-type sampling, it is sufficient to directly cover the sheath.
